Few of nice tourist spots, for example safeway were adjacent to the venue. A wide array of extra supplies: a couch and a bed. It was easy to park nearby.

A subway station adjacent to the hotel. Rooms were very big. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like cityhouse that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Public parking, plenty of space...
